Guido Fawked - Paedophile Hypocrisy

The perpetually thirsty Paul Staines and his rabble at the Guido Fawkes blog are worried. Under the headline “MPs Equate Trolls To Paedos … Cross Party Call For Online Vigilantism”, The Great Guido warns thatAn all-party panel of MPs has called for socially conscious online vigilantes to pro-actively seek out and report offensive social media comments”. Whoever might they have in mind?
Fart in lift Inquiry runs out of gas

The post goes on “It comes as part of a package of bonkers proposals that wants horrible people to be banned from the internet in the same way paedophiles are currently under the Sexual Offences Prevention Orders … there is no doubt that such measures would be abused to stifle legitimate free speech”. Terrible, eh? I mean, who out there would be shouting “paedophiles” just for the hell of it?
Ah well. Why the Fawkes folks might be worried is not hard to discern, as witness the witterings of Staines’ tame gofer, the odious flannelled fool Henry Cole: “I mean come on, in this day and age, are you telling me you seriously can't get away with having a paedo mate pay off your ex wife's debt?”, for starters. And then there was his fatuous “Pretty harsh to equate PM to a paedo?” which nobody was doing.
Master Cole has also been adept at winding up Labour MP Tom Watson: “Tom Watson threw a wobbler because I called Jimmy Savile a paedo” he blubbered, switching to playing the victim when Watson called him out. The Watson-baiting continued as the Fawkes rabble tried to suggest he had not wanted an Inquiry into Jimmy Savile: “One rogue paedophile? Who knew what and when?” demanded Cole.
There just had to be more on that one: “Where's Watson? So who knew what and when at the BBC? Does he believe the one rogue paedophile line?” ranted the flannelled fool. He was not alone in shouting “paedo” for effect, either: newly anointed teaboy Alex “Billy Liar” Wickham soon picked up the habit. “Ed says people think Labour are weird. Having him as leader & a deputy once affiliated to a paedo group doesn't help” he sneered, dishonestly.
Wickham was keen to use the P-word to rope in any unsuspecting MP: “Would love to hear Norman Baker's thoughts on the Westminster paedo ring rumours”. Why Baker? Hell, why not? After all, he’s a Lib Dem, and for the Fawkes folks, Lib Dems mean Paedos, innit? “LibDems lose Kingston to the Tories. That's what happens if your council leader is a paedophile” leered Wickham. After all, his boss was doing it too.
Yes, Staines, despite telling “We avoid paedo stories as a matter of editorial judgement.  We simply don't know what is true and what is not. We've suspicions”, spoke with, er, Fawked tongue: “Once again Guido led the way today, breaking the news of Phillip Schofield's blunder with the PM. See THAT picture here”. Small wonder the Fawkes rabble want to be able to keep shouting “Paedo” - it’s their stock in trade.

Offensive social media comments”? That would be you, Fawkes folks. Another fine mess.
